本应用（CaseNote）高度重视用户隐私与数据安全。
1. 数据存储与同步
所有病例数据默认保存在用户设备本地。
在用户主动开启iCloud同步功能的情况下，数据将通过Apple提供的iCloud服务在用户的设备之间进行同步。
开发者不会访问、收集、存储或共享用户的任何病例数据或个人信息。
2. 数据收集与使用
本应用不收集、不存储、不分析任何用户的个人身份信息。
所有信息仅用于用户本人在其设备及其 iCloud 账户关联设备上的记录与查看。
3. 权限说明
本应用可能会请求以下系统权限：
- 相机权限：用于拍摄图片并记录学习笔记
- 相册权限：用于选择图片导入记录
- 通知权限：用于提醒功能（如随访提醒）
所有权限仅用于本地功能或iCloud同步，不涉及开发者的数据收集或上传。
4. 数据安全
所有数据均受 Apple 操作系统安全机制（如沙盒机制）保护。
通过 iCloud 同步的数据由 Apple 提供加密与安全保障，开发者无法访问。
仅用户本人可通过其设备或其 iCloud 账户访问数据。
5. 第三方服务
本应用不接入任何第三方数据分析、广告或数据收集服务。
iCloud 同步服务由 Apple 提供，受 Apple 隐私政策约束。
6. 使用性质说明（重要声明）
本应用仅供医疗专业人士用于学习、记录与病例管理。
- 不用于直接诊断或治疗患者
- 不作为临床决策依据
- 不替代医院信息系统（HIS / PACS 等）

CaseNote respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your data.
1. Data Storage and Sync
All case data is stored locally on your device by default.
If iCloud sync is enabled by the user, data may be synchronized across the user’s devices via Apple’s iCloud service.
The developer does not collect, access, store, or share any user-entered case data or personal information.
2. Data Collection and Use
This app does not collect, store, or analyze any personal data.
All information is used solely for recording and viewing by the user on their device and devices linked to their iCloud account.
3. Permissions
The app may request the following permissions:
- Camera: to capture images for notes
- Photo Library: to select images
- Notifications: to provide reminders, such as follow-ups
These permissions are used strictly for local functionality or iCloud sync and do not involve any data collection by the developer.
4. Data Security
All data is protected by Apple’s operating system security mechanisms, such as sandboxing.
Data synchronized via iCloud is encrypted and secured by Apple. The developer has no access to this data.
Only the user can access their data via their devices or iCloud account.
5. Third-Party Services
This app does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.
iCloud is a service provided by Apple and is subject to Apple’s own privacy policies.
6. Intended Use
This app is intended for use by medical professionals for learning, documentation, and case management purposes only.
